jointheambitious.com recognizes the importance of protecting our users’ privacy. To that end we have created our privacy statement and spam policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. Information on how Site content can and cannot be used is also listed below. The Ambitious website (available at www.jointheambitious.com) is owned and operated in the Netherlands and is registered in the KVK. We refer The Ambitious together with its company as “we”, “us”, “the Site” or “our” in this Policy.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers

The Ambitious offers coaching & preparation sessions for job interviews, we do not guarantee in any means the success of the job interview. We help our customers getting as ready as possible to get all the chances on their sides. We are here to help, any rejection to a job interview is not the responsibility of "the ambitious" or any of its members.

Additionally, The Ambitious publishes remote job openings from other companies and is in no case responsible for the recruitment of those companies. The Ambitious is only facilitating the job search for candidates by proposing jobs that can be found on job boards, publicly available on internet. The Ambitious is not responsible for application, recruitment and/ or follow up with the listed jobs and companies. The Ambitious is in no case in contact with the companies from which the jobs are published. The Jobs can freely be found on the internet. 

Regarding our sessions, we record all live sessions we do with you for training purposes. We can use these sessions and live recordings for our own activities. By purchasing a service from us and attending our session, you give your agreement for the recording and commercial use of the live recorded session.

Most of the information we collect is information provided directly by you. This may include:
